The official launch of Ecletico Villa
Spark Hospitality is pleased to announce the official launch of Ecletico Villa, the newest 4-star boutique hotel in the InStil Hotels portfolio, owned by the Alecu family.
Located at 5 Radu Cristian Street, near Piața Rosetti in central Bucharest, Ecletico Villa brings a new level of refinement and authenticity to the city’s hospitality landscape.
A €2.5 million investment has been dedicated to the renovation and transformation of this historic Belle Époque building, now reimagined with modern amenities that meet the standards of premium hospitality.
Ecletico Villa offers guests an authentic boutique experience, featuring:
- 18 uniquely designed rooms, each individually styled with an elegant mix of classic elements and contemporary technology;
- An elegant breakfast lounge and a beautifully arranged inner courtyard, centered around a historic fountain over 100 years old;
- The original monumental carved wooden staircase, carefully restored and officially listed as a protected historic element.
The official opening of Ecletico Villa took place on November 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM, marking an important step in expanding Bucharest’s distinctive and personalized hotel offering.
A New Chapter for InStil Hotels
The InStil Hotels group continues to address the evolving needs of both business and leisure travelers, with a vision that ranges from accessible accommodations to premium experiences. Upcoming expansion projects include:
- The modernization of the former Hotel Banat in Piața Rosetti — a €4 million investment that will add 40 rooms to the group’s portfolio;
- The development of a new unit in Sibiu (formerly Hotel Euro 11), which will feature 38 rooms and an estimated investment of €3 million.
