Cosmina has 20 years of business expertise in hospitality leadership. Prior to founding Spark Hospitality, she was Commercial Director within IHG and Hilton for the landmark luxury hotel Athénée Palace. Cosmina also held a Revenue Manager role for clustered hotels within Hilton. She is a strategic leader with a proven track of driving sales, marketing, PR, and revenue management teams to deliver results, while developing and implementing commercial plans that maximize profitability. Cosmina holds a master’s degree in business communications and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
